Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your purchase from ZOOM 360. if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for warranty check and if approved through our technical team an exchange or a Credit Note can be obtained. Please see below for more information on our warranty terms and conditions:

Warranty replacements can take up to 7 – 30 working days.

Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects.

Warranty Will not be applicable for Physical damages, Drop Damages, external or internal burnt damages, Cosmetic damages, repairs, disassembles, modifications made and water damages.

Warranty will not be applicable if the ZOOM 360 warranty sticker or serial number is removed or invisible.

A device-to-device replacement shall not be entertained under any circumstances unless the device is detected with manufacturing defect.

Exchanges or returns will not be processed for change of mind, wrong device purchase or different color purchase, etc. Decisions by the management will be final in such circumstances.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, ZOOM 360 shall either repair the product, replace the product with a new product or provide a credit note against future purchases. This will be decided with the market conditions and up on the approval of our technical team.

Cash refund will not be provided under any circumstances.

The customer should be responsible for all shipping charges relating to warranty claim process. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. The product is to be sent with the original box and any other accessories that were included.

Prior couriering / handing over the product for warranty claim, please do contact out technical hotline 0770463722 for initial assistance.

If the product is handed over to the store for warranty check by visiting our store, we will provide a physical Job note for collection. The replacement will not be provided if the physical job note is not submitted to the store at the point of collection.

Once the product is handed over to the store, the customers are expected to collect the replacement / Exchanged product with in 1 month from the date of hand over, management will not provide the warranty replacement if the warranty period exceeds.
